A Family’s Journey: Traveling North Africa with Royal Air Maroc and Air France

As we settle back into our routines, we’re excited to share with you a tale of adventure, cultural immersion, and the magic of traveling with Royal Air Maroc and Air France. For us, exploring North Africa is more than just a vacation – it’s a way to reconnect with our roots and experience the rich heritage of our homeland.

The Journey Begins: Casablanca

Our story starts in the enchanting city of Casablanca, Morocco, where the warmth of the Moroccan sun and the hospitality of Royal Air Maroc’s staff set the tone for an unforgettable journey. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the ease of check-in and the attentiveness of the staff. It was clear that our safety and comfort were their top priorities.

As we boarded the aircraft, we were treated to a comfortable cabin, complete with thoughtful amenities and attentive service. The flight itself was smooth, allowing us to rest and prepare for the cultural delights that awaited us. Before we knew it, we were landing in Casablanca, ready to take in the sights and sounds of this vibrant city.

We spent our days exploring the city’s historic sites, including the stunning Hassan II Mosque, the Morocco Mall, and the ancient medina. Each moment was filled with the vibrant energy of the city and the warm smiles of the locals, who welcomed us with open arms. We savored local cuisine, indulged in the bustling souks, and marveled at the beauty of this incredible city.

Next Stop: Tunis

As our journey continued, we boarded an Air France flight to Tunis, Tunisia, where we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the Tunisian people. Our time in Tunis was a whirlwind of cultural immersion, as we explored the ancient city of Carthage, marveled at the stunning Bardo Museum, and delved into the local cuisine. The souks of Tunis were a sensory overload in the best possible way – a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and smells that left us in awe.

The flight back to Casablanca, operated by Royal Air Maroc, provided a comfortable end to an eventful day. As we settled back into our seats, we reflected on the incredible experiences we’d had and the memories we’d made.

Algeria: A Land of Contrasts

The third destination on our journey was Algeria, a land of breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage. In Algiers, we visited the stunning Casbah, the National Museum of Fine Arts, and the beautiful Notre Dame d’Afrique. We took time to enjoy the stunning beaches and indulge in the unique Algerian cuisine, which left us wanting more.

A flight on Royal Air Maroc took us to Oran, where we explored the historic sites, including the Spanish Quarter and the beautiful Oran beach. Each moment was filled with the warmth and hospitality of the Algerian people, who welcomed us with open arms.

A Journey Through Time: Marrakech

The final stop on our incredible journey was Marrakech, Morocco, where we returned to familiar sights and discovered new ones. We spent our days wandering through the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa, exploring the stunning Bahia Palace, and getting lost in the labyrinthine souks. Our adventure ended on a high note, with a magical evening at a traditional Moroccan riad.
